Go NUTS to lose weight

Part of losing weight comes with eating healthy foods and having a well balanced energy controlled diet.

When planning a diet or weight loss plan, nuts should be a priority. Nuts have been proven to reduce the risk of heart disease, assist in reducing stress levels and even slow down the aging process. A recent study done at Harvard University found that a full serving of peanuts four of five times a week can reduce the risk of obtaining type 2 diabetes by 27%, as peanuts and other variants of nuts contain high amounts of fibre and magnesium.
